Our Holbrook facility is has two large training areas and morning, afternoon and night classes to fit anyone's busy schedule.
Private Instruction
Several of our seasoned instructors offer private classes to giving you the specialized instruction you need.
Shower
Our Holbrook and Riverhead facilities have a shower making it easy to keep clean after a tough class.
Acupuncture
Our black belt Alex Vamos is a licensed acupuncturist with years of experience in Chinese medicine.
